Return Policies
14 days for bike, Brompton Bicycle Limited. (restocking fee applies for open box returns) 30 days for bicycles related accessories.
Return Rules:
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by wire transfer, check or cash (in-store) will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Bicycle Limited reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customers expense.
Restocking Fees on bicycles, Brompton Bicycle Limited :
Due to costs associated with processing a return and refurbishing the returned bike, you will be charged a one-time restocking/refurbishing fee of 15% (which will be deducted from your refund) . Additional deductions to your refund may be made for damage to the bike or missing components. Please note that you will not be charged the restocking/refurbishing fee if you return the bike in its original condition and in unopened packaging within the fourteen day period.
Important Notes:
Bikes returned with Physical Damage or Water/Liquid Damage will not be processed and will be returned at customers expense.
Bikes that become non functional due to a firmware change or 3rd party software install cannot be returned and must be sent to the manufacturer for service.
